SellnChill™ is an AI-powered commerce operations platform that provides:

• Omnichannel order management
• Inventory synchronization across channels
• WhatsApp order automation
• Document and operations automation
• B2B commerce solutions
• Analytics and reporting tools

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding your account password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate

4. Subscription and Payment

Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees upon 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mind Master Solutions Pte Ltd. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with providing the service.

You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that such content does not violate any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability
